  • Report Preparation and Administration: Prepare and administer various reports and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Meeting Coordination: Record meeting notes and minutes, arrange appointments and meetings, and manage calendars for Senior Bank Officers.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and problems, providing exceptional service and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Marketing Support: Provide marketing support, including prospecting, seminars, and sales efforts, to promote Seacoast Bank's products and services.
  • Special Projects: Work on special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and follow-up on pending issues, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Retail Banking preferred, with 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel: Travel within the region is required, with occasional travel outside of normal business hours.
