Retail Banking Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Use the consultative sales process to build strong relationships with customers and identify their financial needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and services to recommend tailored solutions.
Utilize marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule financial reviews.
Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
Establish close working relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
Requirements:
College degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities and advanced math functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
