Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to produce high-quality project documentation utilizing advanced design software.
- Mentor junior staff in areas of career growth, design methodologies, and technical queries.
- Develop and manage project timelines, work plans, and budgetary considerations.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients through effective project execution and business development efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Proven ability to lead projects with responsibility.
- A minimum of 12 months as a licensed Professional Engineer and 6 years of progressive engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple projects from design inception to construction completion.
- Familiarity with Department of Energy and Department of Defense projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in relevant professional organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle challenging assignments with a positive attitude.
- Two years of experience as a Professional Engineer with successful completion of the structural engineering exam.
