We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team at Urban Grow Group LLC. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing transportation and oversight to clients for community visits, appointments, and other activities
  • Conducting home visits as needed
  • Maintaining accurate and current documentation on each client
Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of human service experience working with children or adults
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services field preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with a minimum 3-year clear driving history
