">We are seeking a highly skilled Counselor/Therapist to join our team in Hamilton County, Tennessee. As a member of our esteemed organization, the Helen Ross McNabb Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
">Compensation: Our salary range for this role is $45,434 to $47,476 annually, depending on position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Certain clinical licenses may increase your salary substantially.
">About the Role:
">In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with mental health concerns. You will work closely with adults, children, and youth, providing individualized care and support to help them achieve their goals. Our outpatient services include Intensive Outpatient Services, Integrated Services Teams, and School-Based Services.

Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree in counseling or a related field">
- Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)">
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups">

- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team">
