Job Title: Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children, adhering to the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy

Qualifications:

  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
