Job Title: Child Developmental Therapist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Developmental Therapist to join our team in Englewood, Colorado.

About the Role

We are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
Qualifications
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
