Job Summary

The Center Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day operational support of the center. This position works closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to deliver excellence in daily operations, including schedule maintenance, Central Reach upkeep, authorization management, facility management, and hiring oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee reception and manage building access or security through accurate and current authorized pick-up and access control.
  • Reschedule services and manage communication of schedule changes, cancellations, and day-of schedule changes.
  • Support intake assessment scheduling and ensure CentralReach data elements remain updated and accurate.
  • Provide payroll support, including coding and timekeeping compliance.
  • Culture/Team Member relations: welcome new hires, support staff with basic needs, and organize events.
  • Center upkeep and functioning: ordering supplies, safety and compliance, and coordinating vendor visits.
  • Reportable Events reporting: assist with documenting and reporting as directed by the CD, DCO, Compliance, or Human Resource.
  • Confidential document management: receiving and organizing client documents and Team member records.
  • Provide basic tech support and inventory management.
  • Support CD as needed with coaching/corrective action documentation.
  • Assist with Team Member certifications, application, and exams.
  • Support marketing efforts and events.
  • May support the authorization process as needed for specific payer requirements.
  • Support the Candidate interview process as determined by the Talent Acquisition team.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
