  • Offer technical guidance, support, and training to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • State Entry Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and six months of pertinent experience.
  • OR Associate's degree in a related field and one year of experience.
  • OR One year in a comparable role.
  • Agency Specific Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or construction engineering.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication abilities and professionalism.
  • Make informed decisions and organize information effectively.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and prioritize customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a transportation or civil engineering environment.
