Genmab is seeking a Senior Director to lead the US Medical Affairs team for the solid tumor portfolio. This role will be responsible for building and leading the team, developing and executing strategic plans, and providing US market perspective to the development of solid tumor assets.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific background (MD, PharmD, DPN, Ph.D.)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Deep knowledge of drug development and a strong track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
