Position Summary:
This role involves the timely preparation and presentation of fresh salads and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and procedures within designated timeframes.
• Handle raw ingredients, including washing, peeling, and slicing, while maintaining quality and proper inventory rotation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the cooking area, adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Restock items as needed, following specified guidelines.
• Label and store all food items appropriately, ensuring freshness and safety.

Work Environment:
This position involves regular exposure to varying temperatures and conditions, including heat, humidity, and cold, as well as frequent hand contact with food products and sanitation solutions.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
