Welding Training Specialist

Location: Amite, La

Employment Type: Direct Hire/FTE

Compensation: $85,000

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in diverse welding methodologies, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, with a focus on FCAW.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching roles, ideally as a welding educator or in a comparable technical training setting.
  • Possession of relevant welding certifications, such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or Certified Welding Educator (CWE).

Role Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a committed and skilled Welding Program Instructor to facilitate a series of intensive, focused classes designed to equip welders for our production operations. The role involves leading 8-week training sessions aimed at enhancing the skills of future welders, ensuring they are well-prepared for the demands of the industry.
