Salad Line/Prep Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salad Line/Prep Specialist to join our team at Cate Street Seafood Station. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling fresh quality salads and desserts to meet the high standards of our customers.

• Prepare and assemble salads and desserts to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits.
• Prep for assigned food items, including washing and cleaning raw food products, peeling, dicing, shredding, and slicing food products using electric equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe cooking line, completing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Stock and restock items on line according to specifications, labeling, dating, rotating, and storing all items properly.

This role requires frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold. You will also be working in a fast-paced environment with frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, and produce items.

• No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Must have open availability, including nights and weekends.
