    • Follow Fair Housing Laws and marketing plans to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.
  • Compliance:
    • Complete and submit required paperwork to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
    • Notify the Compliance Department of any issues or concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
    • Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure compliance and avoid any potential issues.

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management and customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to effectively interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
