Role Responsibilities

This position entails:

Analysis and Solution Development:

  • Evaluating ongoing client requests for enhancements in business systems and processes related to Human Capital Management.
  • Identifying and formulating both immediate and strategic solutions in collaboration with business and IT leaders.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to promote and refine solutions that ensure accurate and timely data transactions.
  • Providing analytical insights to leadership and fellow analysts to address challenges in business systems and processes.
  • Assisting in the design and implementation of intricate cross-functional solutions that may affect multiple application modules and existing integrations.
  • Configuring and overseeing both Production and Non-Production environments to facilitate development and user acceptance testing.

Project Management and Support:

  • Developing project plans and ensuring timely completion of key milestones by proactively identifying risks and issues.
  • Creating functional specifications for mappings, interfaces, and scheduled jobs.
  • Delivering high-quality project outputs and providing recommendations on project standards and methodologies.
  • Supporting the creation of training materials for end-users and assisting in training delivery as necessary.
  • Helping end-users troubleshoot and identify root causes of system errors.
  • Tracking, reporting, and resolving issues promptly.

Scope and Accountability:

  • Providing ongoing support for various HCM modules and business systems, including monitoring and resolving integration issues.
  • Managing and coordinating resources allocated to tasks and project deliverables.
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of assigned tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Decision-Making and Autonomy:

  • Managing multiple complex tasks within defined scopes and timelines.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and leadership capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Building robust working relationships across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of functional expertise with Oracle HCM Products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Modules, including Benefits, Core HR, and Performance.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting needs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12 HCM Modules for integration with legacy systems.
