Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Analysis and Solution Development: Evaluating ongoing client requests for enhancements in business systems and processes related to Human Capital Management.
  • Identifying and formulating both immediate and strategic solutions in collaboration with business and IT leadership.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to promote and refine solutions that ensure timely and precise transactional data.
  • Providing analytical insights to leadership and fellow analysts to address challenges in business systems and processes.
  • Creating and implementing intricate cross-functional solutions that may involve multiple application modules and existing custom integrations.
  • Configuring and maintaining both Production and Non-Production environments to support development efforts and user acceptance testing.

Project Management and Support:

  • Developing project plans and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones by identifying risks and issues promptly.
  • Creating functional specifications for mappings, interfaces, packages, and scheduled jobs.
  • Delivering high-quality project outputs and providing recommendations on project standards and methodologies.
  • Assisting in the creation of training materials for business users and delivering training content as necessary.
  • Supporting end users in troubleshooting and identifying root causes of system errors.
  • Tracking, reporting, and resolving issues efficiently.

Scope and Accountability:

  • Providing production support for various HCM modules and business systems, including monitoring and resolving issues with integrations and interfaces.
  • Managing and coordinating resources allocated to tasks and IT project deliverables.
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of assigned tasks throughout the IT project lifecycle.

Decision-Making and Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks within defined scopes and timelines.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in building strong working relationships across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of functional experience with Oracle HCM Products.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules such as Benefits, Core HR, Performance, Learning, and Compensation Workbench.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting needs.
  • Familiarity with Oracle R12 HCM Modules for integrations with legacy systems.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proactive in delivering value-driven results throughout the IT Project Lifecycle.
  • Ability to engage in multiple IT initiatives simultaneously.
  • Understanding of IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  • Knowledge of operational controls and supporting systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to complete projects.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting corporate clients in diverse environments.
