Key Responsibilities

As a Facility Maintenance Associate, your duties will include:

  • Collecting and disposing of waste from theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
  • Dusting, wiping, and polishing surfaces such as seats, handrails, walls, and counters.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, including sinks, fixtures, and toilets.
  • Cleaning mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces.
  • Utilizing blowers or vacuums to clean between and under theatre seats.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors while ensuring safety signage is displayed.
  • Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling food and beverage equipment.
  • Washing dishes following proper sanitation procedures.
  • Emptying trash receptacles as needed and restocking supplies in restrooms and janitor closets.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in compactor and dumpster areas.
  • Reporting any safety or maintenance concerns to management.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of prior cleaning or janitorial experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
