Job Skills / Requirements
The Facility Maintenance Associates are tasked with ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all designated areas. They carry out various cleaning responsibilities to maintain the daily hygiene and orderliness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, trash removal, recycling, restroom and locker room sanitization, polishing exterior areas within 10 feet of entrances, window washing, snow and ice removal, and cleaning desks, walls, furniture, doors, entry glass, interior glass, countertops, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures, along with any other tasks assigned by the custodial supervisor or their designated representative.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:
High school diploma preferred, but not essential.

Experience:
Prior cleaning experience is advantageous.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull.

The capacity to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.

Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks within the production and service time frames established by the company.

Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot to cold, and any other duties as directed by the custodial director or their designated representative.
