About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of AI Analytics to join our team at Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our Data Driven Transformation Practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients in the manufacturing sector transform and improve their operations by leveraging insights from underlying business, process, and machine data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Executive-Level Relationships: Build and maintain a sustainable network of clients to drive business growth and secure delivery.
  • Partner with Internal Leaders: Collaborate with other internal leaders across capability areas and industries to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs.
  • Develop New Client Relationships: Establish new client relationships through various means, with support from Vice Presidents.
  • Accelerate Advisory Services: Help run energetic workshops with clients to identify pain-points, desires, as-is situation, solution path, solution design, etc.
  • Define Solution Approaches: Own solution approaches, technical designs, and advise on solution development, testing, and roll-out.
  • Lead Technical Experts: Guide teams of technical experts and engineers in building technical solutions, while building a holistic view of the clients' challenges.
  • Find Opportunities for Improvement: Identify and cultivate opportunities for growth and improvement within the business.

Requirements
  • Engineering Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's or MBA with a STEM background preferred).
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Possess expertise in Data Strategy and Data Governance.
  • Customer Analytics: Have experience in Customer Analytics or Intelligent Industry Analytics (Smart Plant/Manufacturing, Smart Supply Chain, etc.).
  • AI/Analytics Use Cases: Have experience in delivering AI/Analytics use cases.
  • Industry 4.0 Concepts: Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts such as IoT, Edge, Data Hub, predictive maintenance, Digital thread, control tower, and others.
  • Data Standards and Manufacturing Standards: Knowledge of Data Standards and Manufacturing Standards and Capabilities.
  • Process Mapping: Experience in process mapping and identifying system/process weaknesses and areas for possible issues.
Functional Expertise
  • Customer-Centric Data, AI, and Analytics: Expertise in building customer-centric Data, AI, and Analytics capabilities to support clients in their business transformation at scale.
  • Data Processing and Visualization: Understanding of the value of data and experience in processing transactional and time-series data from various sources.
  • Digital Signal Processing and Machine Learning: Great knowledge and experience in digital signal processing, statistical process control, and machine learning.
  • Data Acquisition and Distribution: Familiarity with data acquisition, distribution, processing, and visualization technologies used in the manufacturing domain (sensors, IoT, data platforms, dashboarding, and BI tools).
  • Complex Subject Explanation: Ability to explain complex subjects simply and clearly to technical experts and business experts alike.
  • Opportunity Identification: Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, define and cultivate use cases, and create associated business cases.
