Department Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Customer Experience Team (CXO), you will represent the company to our clientele. This team is dedicated to resolving customer inquiries, mitigating future issues, and promoting our offerings while actively listening, connecting, and caring for customers through voice and chat communications. Team members are expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing structures. Your goal is to become a leading customer support advocate in the industry.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Fostering long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and achieving one-call resolutions.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of our wireless offerings, accessories, and pricing plans.
  • Providing product recommendations and promoting our services to customers.
  • Accurately addressing customer inquiries related to billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing feedback by analyzing call trends and diagnostic enhancements to elevate customer service, performance, and efficiency.
  • Transforming into a premier customer support advocate, engaging with a diverse customer base to offer solutions for their needs and technical challenges.
Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • A positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • A willingness to work in a collaborative team setting.

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer service or related training.
  • Familiarity with the wireless industry.
  • Knowledge of wireless devices and their functionalities.
  • Understanding of the process for switching wireless providers.
  • A strong sense of pride in assisting customers with pricing, wireless devices, services, and products.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various work environments.
  • High engagement throughout the duration of shifts.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, with additional pay for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Proficiency in operating Windows OS desktop computers.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively resolve issues while communicating with customers and logging information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Compensation Details

Compensation: $15.50/Hour

The base pay range is a guideline.
