Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Parking Operations. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with parking services, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Parking Operations: Monitor parking facilities, ensure compliance with parking regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Revenue Management: Assist with revenue collection, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, parking operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
