The Front Desk Manager at Fulham Salon Hair Workshop Inc is the initial point of contact for clients entering the salon.
This role involves managing the daily front desk operations and engaging with clients, stylists, and management on a regular basis.
We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Front Desk Manager to handle the front desk activities of our bustling salon.
In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming and checking in clients, guiding them to their designated beauty stations, and informing stylists of their arrivals.
Your duties will also include scheduling and confirming appointments through phone and email, processing payments (both cash and credit), and providing receipts.
Familiarity with salon management software is advantageous, though training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily front desk operations of the salon.
Welcoming clients warmly.
Scheduling appointments via phone and email.
Handling payment transactions.
Opening and closing the salon.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a salon reception role or similar is advantageous.
Understanding of salon services and products is beneficial; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
Certification in cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in computer usage.
