Job Overview:
The Front Desk Manager at Fulham Salon Hair Workshop Inc. is the initial point of contact for clients entering the salon.

This role involves managing the daily operations at the front desk and maintaining interactions with clients, stylists, and management on a regular basis.


We seek a personable and enthusiastic Front Desk Manager to supervise the front desk functions of our bustling salon.

In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming and checking in clients, guiding them to their designated beauty stations, and informing stylists of their arrivals.

Your duties will also include scheduling and confirming appointments through various communication channels, handling transactions (both cash and credit), and providing receipts.

Familiarity with salon management software is advantageous, though training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily front desk operations.

Welcoming clients.

Scheduling appointments via phone and email.

Handling financial transactions.

Opening and closing procedures for the salon.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a salon reception role or similar is preferred.

Understanding of salon services and products is a plus; training will be offered.

Strong communication skills and a courteous approach to customer service.

Cosmetology certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Proficient in computer usage.
