Job Purpose and Overview

The Human Resource Training and Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our employees by providing training and development opportunities that enhance their skills and knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs that meet the Court's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay current with best practices in training and development, and make recommendations to management on new trends and technologies.
  • Facilitate and manage Court training and staff development programs, including on-site training, workshops, and online courses.
  • Develop and maintain training records, and ensure compliance with applicable records retention policies and practices.
  • Provide support to other human resources duties, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, training and development, or a related field.
  • At least three years' experience in human resources training and development, preferably in a municipal or government setting.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
