Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Force.com Configuration Activities: Oversee and aid team members in force.com configuration activities, including data modeling, data transformation, and Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard development in the Lightning framework.
  • Incident Management: Provide oversight for all incidents and recommend optimization for all business units.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the required field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of information technology experience with significant business exposure on development and configuration activities in force.com.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator + Platform App Builder (Lightning).
  • Skills: Knowledge of industry trends, Agile experience, and experience in the Manufacturing/Building Materials industry.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise manner, strong team building and think outside the box mentality, and the ability to develop relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
