Payroll and HR Administrator

Essel is a dynamic company seeking a seasoned Human Resources Specialist - Payroll to drive business success through strategic HR management and payroll processing. Based in the Greater Bay Area, this role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR initiatives, processes, and systems
- Manage payroll, including expense reimbursement and worker's compensation administration
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, results-driven professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other related software.
Requirements:- AA or B.A. Degree strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in payroll software and applicant tracking systems
This role offers a competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, dental insurance, 401(k), vision insurance, and a health savings account.
