- Design and implement Local Area Networks, ensuring high-speed connectivity and data security.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, protecting client data from cyber threats.
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions, enhancing client productivity and collaboration.
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions, streamlining client communication and reducing costs.
- Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server, ensuring email and calendar functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor alert systems, taking proactive measures to prevent network downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations.
- Three years of experience in a client-facing environment, such as sales engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients at a business level.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience writing proposals for and implementing technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
- Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
- Ability to problem-solve at a high level, with extraordinary customer service skills and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Experience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools, such as Kaseya or Connectwise, is a plus.
- Experience with PSA (ticketing software solutions), such as Autotask, is a major plus.
- Having worked in an MSP environment is a major plus.
- CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+ certifications.
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certifications.
- CCNA or CCIE-Cisco certifications.
