Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales support, including technical assessments, implementation, and ongoing technical account management.
  • Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory, ensuring seamless network operations.
  • Design and implement Local Area Networks, ensuring high-speed connectivity and data security.
  • Implement and monitor network security measures, protecting client data from cyber threats.
  • Optimize and maintain network software and hardware, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.
  • Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions, enhancing client productivity and collaboration.
  • Configure and deploy VOIP solutions, streamlining client communication and reducing costs.
  • Perform network infrastructure troubleshooting, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange Server, ensuring email and calendar functionality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor alert systems, taking proactive measures to prevent network downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations.
  • Three years of experience in a client-facing environment, such as sales engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with clients at a business level.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience writing proposals for and implementing technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, reliable, and a team player.
  • Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
  • Ability to problem-solve at a high level, with extraordinary customer service skills and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Experience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools, such as Kaseya or Connectwise, is a plus.
  • Experience with PSA (ticketing software solutions), such as Autotask, is a major plus.
  • Having worked in an MSP environment is a major plus.
Ideal Qualifications
  • CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+ certifications.
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certifications.
  • CCNA or CCIE-Cisco certifications.
