Job Description
As an Experienced Automotive Solutions Specialist, your primary objective will be to provide top-notch customer service, identify and document service, maintenance, and repair needs, and schedule appointments to ensure seamless service delivery. You will be the face of our dealership, working closely with customers and technicians to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance and repair needs.
- Provide expert advice on necessary and recommended services, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions for their vehicles.
- Offer additional services and repairs to customers, showcasing our dealership's comprehensive range of offerings.
- Accurately compute costs of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to their original condition, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate costs of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs, presenting detailed estimates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Enter itemized estimates into service orders and explain them to customers, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
- Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain the highest standards of repair and order production, adhering to our dealership's rigorous quality control measures.
- Meet or exceed Company standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Participate in required training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
- Accurately record all hours worked in the company timekeeping system, ensuring timely and transparent payroll processing.
- Foster a culture of safety and respect, adhering to all Safeguards rules and regulations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the Dealership Management System is highly desirable.
