Job Summary

As a Web Project Manager at Glow Networks, you will be responsible for leading the in-product weekly backlog stand-up meeting and managing our overall in-product landing page calendar and execution details. This is a hands-on role that requires executing in-product landing page marketing initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the web ops launch process and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all landing page requests and migrations, taking full accountability for maintaining an up-to-date Campaign Calendar with accurate and timely delivery updates.
Define, document, and coordinate execution details to meet launch schedules and ensure critical elements are correct for an error-free launch.
Strategize on execution plans by sequencing work, managing conflicts, communicating risks and dependencies, following up on tasks, and collaborating across teams to provide alternatives to meet execution plans when necessary.
Lead weekly backlog and daily sprint/stand-up calls with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and resource alignment.
Gain a thorough understanding of cross-functional team roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and facilitate missing team integration, ultimately improving project workflow and outcomes.
Troubleshoot to identify and address roadblocks in the process and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Assist with landing page requirements, document execution, QA coordination, and reporting changes as directed by Web Author. Proactively follow-up on deliverables to ensure the author has what is needed to execute.
Coordinate change requests submitted by marketers, gain approval from the ELM marketing team prior to starting execution, and review and assist in refining requirements submitted into JIRA tickets to help minimize back and forth for web authors.
Ensure work is completed/UAT, prioritize requests, and align launch dates with stakeholders and web authors.
Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively identify and address gaps in the process to ensure successful program execution.
Develop and document web operations processes using project management methodologies.
Participate in and lead process improvements for areas of responsibility to improve accuracy, scalability, and speed to launch.
Build trust and collaboration with stakeholders through strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Maintain a positive attitude, motivation, and commitment to drive results in a challenging, ever-changing environment.
Always uphold a passion for the customer, innovation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex high-volume web project management, web marketing operation, or engineering project management.
Web producer or product manager experience (technical). Preferably in a web channel.
Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment.
Go-getter - thrive in challenging circumstances and are committed to pushing through difficult situations to accomplish objectives.
Comfortable speaking up in large meetings.
Curious/proactive to improve our process.
Available for occasional weekend and evening work due to the presence of the PD team in India and for special promos/holidays or complex projects with fixed deadlines.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of web content management capabilities and standard methodologies, and proficiency in WordPress, search, and display.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a hands-on approach to project management and a strong bias for action.
Ability to handle multiple and high-volume projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining excellent and accurate work.
Strong experience project managing and executing web marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment across multiple cross-functional teams.
Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business needs.
Eagerness to learn fast with strong creative problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Excellent communicator, with both written and oral proficiency, and the ability to build bridges with internal teams and vendors.
Strong experience in a web channel with testing methodologies to ensure accurate and efficient execution of projects.
Experience with understanding figma and design assets.
Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, and SmartSheets a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, is a plus.
