Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our web operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex web projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage web projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web authors, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and open communication.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in complex web project management, web marketing operations, or engineering project management.
  • Strong experience with web content management capabilities and standard methodologies.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, search, and display.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead large meetings in a scrum environment.
  • Strong experience project managing and executing web marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing business needs.
