Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead critical projects for a major international client in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, proactively managing client expectations and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leverage your understanding of software development and content management systems to guide technical decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment, mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow across all project stakeholders, conducting regular project meetings and status updates.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the software development or content management space.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management systems is a plus.
  • Global mindset with experience working with international clients and teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
