  • Identificar oportunidades para referencias de clientes y estudios de caso.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para realizar contribuciones significativas.
Requisitos:
  • De 5 a 10 años de experiencia en éxito del cliente SaaS o gestión de cuentas.
  • Comodidad al realizar revisiones ejecutivas de negocios.
  • Experiencia con software de éxito del cliente y CRM.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
