Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Nanosonics Inc. in [Location]. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a focus on delivering world-class support to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit open purchase orders and credit holds to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase order status and submissions.
- Maintain purchase order and new customer account matrices.
- Coordinate with order fulfillment operations and communicate with the sales team.
- Provide backup support for service activities.
- New customer account setup and maintenance: credit approval, tax exemption certificates, price lists, and parts-sales processing in ERP systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Phone-based customer service and complaints-handling experience.
- High level of computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite.
- ERP system usage and application (QAD).
- Sound communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a progressive environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
