Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients
- Supervise and mentor assigned personnel
- Interpret and apply hospital and department policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions required
- Compact State Licensure in Nursing required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required for designated units
- PALS certification required for Pediatric Nurses
- ED NRP certification required for NICU, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery
