We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Collabera. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for employment candidates, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Administer various types of employment testing as directed by recruiters.
- Process and maintain accurate and timely records of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of experience in HR or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
