Job Title: Commercial Landscape Account Manager

This position is available with BraveView, Inc., a reputable Residential and Commercial Landscape company in Canton, OH. As an Account Manager, you will manage a book of landscape maintenance accounts consisting of high-end residential clients and commercial properties such as corporate HQs, offices, some HOAs, and a mix of clients who value service and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer-facing skills and be able to manage the client relationship, quality control, and sell enhancements to unlock a property's potential. This person will be responsible for presenting solutions, working with Operations Managers to ensure properties look healthy and vibrant, and participating in snow services during winter.

The company boasts a 90%+ client retention rate and has this opening due to the future retirement of one of their Account Managers. If you are qualified for this role, please respond to this job posting, and we will contact you to discuss further.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 plus 2-5% commission on enhancement sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Produce and maintain a schedule to perform site audits during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
  • Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
  • Ability to coordinate designs for flowers and beds.
  • Ensure the renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
  • Ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with Production Managers to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
  • Maintain acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
  • Coordinate consistent and timely site visits.
