**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Planning Manager to join our team at Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing simulation modeling and scenario optimization, presenting RCCP and S&OP to upper management, and ensuring all production planning and control issues for assigned production lines are resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements using engineering plans and production specifications.
  • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules.
  • Troubleshoot all production control problems and drive them to correct closure.
  • Monitor all process shortages and ensure resolution is attained.
  • Built strong relationships with manufacturing and materials in a quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, purchasing, and other operations staff to ensure functional specs are met, parts are available as needed, and quality is maintained.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent experience.
  • CPIM/CIRM certification a plus.
  • 10+ years of planning experience with working knowledge of quick-turn, low volume, engineer-to-order production environment.
  • 3+ years of experience using advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis, APO or ASCP.
