We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time exempt position that requires 40% travel. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in Nursing or Midwifery, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred. Strong clinical training in family planning and reproductive health is essential, along with familiarity with quality measures for family planning and reproductive healthcare. The successful applicant will also have experience with federal grant administration and management, as well as strong project management skills. Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce, are also required. Additionally, the candidate should have compliance, research, and statistical analysis skills, writing skills, organization, audit, and general math skills.

In this role, the Clinical Compliance Specialist will participate in planning and execution of the Title X Family Planning project and program performance. They will also participate in monitoring reviews, including on-site program performance visits and desk reviews. Ensuring program performance reviews are completed according to procedures and within timelines is a key responsibility. Furthermore, the candidate will ensure sub-recipients' capacity to undertake family planning and health-related services, including a broad range of family planning methods, infertility, adolescent health, preventive measures for sexually transmitted diseases (STD), sterilization, and prohibition of abortion.
