Job Overview

Compass Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Analyst to support the Director of Insurance and Insurance Manager with insurance placement, coverage review, vendor management, and contract support for the Compass Group program.

This role is responsible for evaluating company exposure data, completing insurance carrier applications, and providing customer service to all operations of the company, including Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the issuance of Certificates of Insurance/Memorandum of Insurance and auto ID cards as requested.
  • Assist the Insurance Manager in the insurance renewal process for all lines of coverage.
  • Collect and track exposure data, bind policies, and maintain audit records.
  • Review insurance terms within contracts related to suppliers, vendors, clients, and landlords to ensure compliance with the corporate insurance program.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy files of insurance policy documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in corporate risk management or an insurance broker setting.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, including large deductible or SIR property, casualty, and financial insurance policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimal travel required.
