Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care and unit efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and community partners to advance our mission and goals.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
