Job Summary

At Inventprise Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Project Manager to lead our vaccine development programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and scientists, to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including vendors and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or business.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on vaccine development or biotechnology.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
