Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and maintenance functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing process improvements, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
* Manage departmental operational functions, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
* Lead and influence others to achieve operational excellence
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry (or equivalent experience)
* 7-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, including batch and continuous operations
* Experience working at a PSM site and knowledge of State/Federal EPA and OSHA compliance requirements
* Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
