About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager Tech, you'll have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product roadmaps to execute on the product vision
  • Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver superior experiences
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with engineers to drive technology decisions and strategy
Requirements
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • 6+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
What We Offer

At Amazon, we're committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We offer a competitive salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

Base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
