Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a highly driven and results-oriented sales specialist. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by engaging with healthcare professionals in office settings while embodying our core values of Client Focus, Results Orientation, Team Collaboration, Flawless Execution, and Integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive volume and market share growth for assigned pharmaceutical products within a designated geographic area.
- Conduct sales presentations to physicians and other healthcare professionals, primarily in an office environment.
- Develop insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within the geography, particularly regarding managed healthcare.
- Effectively manage allocated resources (samples, promotional materials, and educational content) to optimize returns while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Ensure accountability for all pharmaceutical samples in compliance with FDA and PDMA regulations.
- Utilize the sales automation system to accurately document call and program activities.
- Complete initial and ongoing product training as required.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- BA/BS degree required.
- A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- 1-2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales with demonstrated impact.
- Established relationships within the targeted geography.

- Sales acumen and persuasiveness, utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of ideas, plans, and products from targeted customers.
- Ability to create account plans based on customer needs and business priorities.
- Establish methods for monitoring progress towards goals.
