As a Process Engineer at MMR Consulting Inc, you will play a critical role in the design, commissioning, and qualification of various processes, systems, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support startup/shakedown activities, including troubleshooting of CIP systems and attending FATs at CIP Skid vendor facilities.
  • Execute C&Q protocols, such as SAT, IQ/OQ, and provide support during CIP Cycle Development & PQ.
  • Perform and review process engineering drawings and calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in pharma/biotech, with a strong background in process engineering and CIP system expertise.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to prepare technical documents and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and make strategic decisions.
  • Engineering degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
