Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that projects are executed and documented in alignment with contractual agreements and established engineering standards.
  • Establish and manage project cost controls, budgets, and financial records.
  • Conduct change order evaluations and support negotiations related to change orders.
  • Coordinate and track updates to project schedules, staffing requirements, invoices, and submissions.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Lead and inspire subcontractors and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to address and resolve issues.
  • Uphold safety protocols and guidelines on-site.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within financial constraints.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience engaging with manufacturing clients across diverse environments.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with civil/site work including concrete, steel, building envelopes, and MEP systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive mindset and a commitment to contributing actively within a small firm culture.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty effectively.

Supervisory Duties:

This role entails overseeing and coordinating the efforts of general contractors on-site for designated projects, with accountability for the performance management of jobsite activities.
