Job Title: Millwright - Industrial Equipment Installer

Crowder Construction is seeking a skilled Millwright - Industrial Equipment Installer to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, dismantling, and moving machinery and equipment in industrial establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures
  • Dismantle machines using hand tools and power tools
  • Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
  • Assemble and install equipment using hand tools and power tools
  • Construct foundations for machines using hand tools and building materials
  • Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs
  • Assemble machines and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fasten them to foundations or other structures
Requirements:
  • 3 years of verifiable experience as a Millwright
  • Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and read blueprints
  • Ability to work at heights without fear
  • Ability to use logical step-by-step procedures in work
  • Ability to plan work and solve problems
  • Ability to make decisions based on measurable information
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties that may change often
  • Ability to operate machinery
