Mobile Trailer Repair Technician


RSS Mobile Trailer Repair, a well-established fleet management organization, is seeking to expand its team.

We are in search of a skilled Mobile Trailer Repair Technician to deliver on-site service for trailers.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
$22-$30/hour - depending on expertise.
Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after the initial probation period.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday/Daytime hours

Employee Benefits:

Bi-weekly compensation. Overtime available after 40 hours.
Clothing and footwear allowance after the probation period.
Tools and service vehicle provided by RSS.
Opportunities for internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and troubleshoot issues across all trailer systems.
Repair and replace faulty components as necessary.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on trailers and their parts, including: ABS, air brake systems, chassis, bodywork, suspension, and electrical systems.

Collaborate with team members, receiving and executing work directives efficiently.
Foster positive relationships with existing clientele.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trailer Mechanic.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
Ability to clear a criminal background check.
Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs.
