Diesel Mechanic

PITT OHIO is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at our Cincinnati, OH Terminal. As a Diesel Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing fleet equipment safely and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair tractor and trailer equipment
Conduct failure analysis and repair fleet equipment components
Inform management of housekeeping opportunities and suggest corrective actions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Two years' experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair or a technical school degree
Valid state-issued driver's license
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
CDL, ASE, and State and/or Federal inspection certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
