We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager III to join our team at White Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for directing, planning, and managing the overall construction project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the construction project team to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of construction workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

  • Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and problems that may arise during the project.

  • Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and financial statements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on solar or EPC construction.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including project management, estimating, and scheduling tools.
